About Salon Visage Education Intercoiffure

Salon Visage is committed to personal growth through education. The Gambuzzas travel the globe teaching other stylists and learning from some of the world’s beauty leaders. They bring that knowledge home to share with their employees who in turn serve their clients with world class technique. One recent trip led them on a tour of five cities in New Zealand where they shared their business building concepts and beauty knowledge with more than 10,000 hairdressers and salon owners.

Additionally, all incoming hairdressers at Salon Visage are required to participate in an extensive education program, which provides weekly in-house cut and color classes and distinguished guest artists on a regular basis. New and veteran stylists benefit from these classes.

Furthermore, the salon sponsors education events each year, such as a recent trip to Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica, CA. Each August, Salon Visage plays host to incredibly talented beauty educators and speakers in a two day seminar called Education 4 Excellence. The event has featured some of the top names in the beauty business such as Anne Mincey, Geno Stampora, Jo Blackwell as well as teams from Vidal Sassoon, Toni & Guy, and Van Michael Salon in Atlanta. The first day excites and motivates the staff to be their personal best at work and in life, while the second day equips them with the hands on skills they need to excel in their speciality. It is this education that expands the creativity and discipline required of all Salon and Spa Visage professionals.
