How long should I grow my hair before waxing?
We recommend that you have three weeks of growth or approximately a quarter of an inch.

Can I get a massage if I am pregnant?
If you are past your first trimester we welcome you to enjoy our pregnancy massage.

What should I expect when receiving a full body massage?
During a massage, you are always covered with a sheet so undressing completely is appropriate. However, you may wear underwear if you prefer. Your service provider will go through the process with you so that you are at your utmost comfort level.

What is proper Spa etiquette?
We would like for you to enjoy our complimentary steam shower with any service. For guests who will be enjoying the Vichy Shower, bathing suits are optional. We suggest that you do not shave your legs prior to any body services. To avoid possible irritation, please do not schedule waxing and body services on the same day. Gratuities are not included but are appreciated. Unfortunately, they cannot be added to credit cards. Please know the same quality service is provided with or without a gratuity.

When should I check-in?
We run by appointment and would like you to enjoy the full length of your service without shortening your experience, so please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. This will allow you to change clothes and mentally unwind in our gathering room so you receive the full benefits of your treatment.

What is a Privileges Card?
Our "Privileges Card" is for use on our exclusive product lines. The Privileges Card entitles you to a $25 gift certificate when you purchase $250 worth of products at Salon Visage or Spa Visage.

What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24-hour advance notice is requested.
What is your reservation policy? Credit card or Spa Visage Gift Card is required to reserve appointments valued at $100 and greater.

We sell gift cards and you may purchase them online or in store at your convenience. Gift cards are available in a variety of denominations. Gift cards are redeemable at any of our locations.
